Waste plastic based composite material recycling and processing production line
This complete set of equipment is the first "turnkey" project launched domestically and internationally for the recycling and treatment of waste plastic based composite materials with an annual processing capacity of 10000 tons. It adopts advanced physical recycling technology, which changes the traditional waste plastic recycling industry's focus on pure plastic waste recycling and reuse. The existing recycling and treatment technologies for waste plastic based composite materials such as chemical methods and mechanical heating and kneading methods are prone to serious secondary pollution, and can achieve the separation and recycling of waste plastic composite materials such as aluminum-plastic materials. The resource utilization process route is advanced and reasonable, which can crush and dissociate waste aluminum-plastic composite materials at room temperature, and then use high-voltage electrostatic sorting technology to separate the crushed materials into aluminum powder plastics. The recovered aluminum and plastics can be reused, and the metal recovery rate and recovery purity are high. On the one hand, it solves the environmental pollution caused by waste plastics, and on the other hand, it can save important petroleum and metal resources in China, with good social, environmental, and resource benefits.
The product of this project adopts the methods of mechanical crushing dissociation and electrostatic sorting to treat waste aluminum composite materials. The main process flow is as follows:
